This was a challenging one for me, because my husband has been ignored before when requesting someone contact him regarding an issue a year ago.
But ....we decided we wanted a light lunch on the way home and it was there.
I had a pleasant interaction with the cashier, and she explained the charity program they do each month.
I had the Greek salad & Ham and Cheese sandwich and it was tasty.
My concern was the temperature in the restaurant was too hot and it's all open windows full on sun, no shade. And the beverage station was empty of supplies, the cabinets underneath left wide open, the trash needing to be tended to and napkins refilled. Maybe it was a shift change, not sure. -

I have to confess I've only started going to Panera after Atlanta Bread Company closed. Even though I saw a little bit of the charm of AB leave over the years, I was loyal. The first item I ordered was the Green Goddess salad. MAN! That's a good salad. I think their service a little slow but next time I'll utilize the app to get it much quicker. I may try other things eventually but while I'm on low carb, the GG salad is my favorite. I'll run that one in the ground until I can't stand it.

Clean food with natural ingredients, generous size portion at this specific location, free shopping center parking lot, an A rating for their hygienic food preparation, plenty of electric outlets to charge your electronics...This is my favorite casual place to eat around here.
I would recommend those dishes:
The seasonal ancient grain, arugula and chicken raised without antibiotics was delightful.
Another favorite is the salad with Fuji apples.
The lentil quinoa bowl with chicken raised without antibiotics was satisfying.
As a complementary side, you can choose between a pack of chips, a sweet and crisp organic apple, or a piece of indulgent French baguette.
For breakfast, the toasted bagel with egg whites, Swiss cheese, tomatoes and avocado has been enjoyable. You can customize your order.
Their bagel assortment is also wonderful. So many delightful choices between the Asiago cheese bagel, the bagel with cranberries and walnut, the bagel with blueberries, etc.
Tonight, I tried the soba noodle bowl with chicken without antibiotics. It was average.
Please remember to join their loyalty program to earn some free food items. You can easily download their free app on your cell.
This store is also currently running a promotion: you will get $10 extra for free if you were to buy a $50 Panera gift card.
The point of improvement would be to light up their sign every night. It will allow customers to find this casual restaurant easily from the road. This should generate them incremental business.
On occasions, some bakery items tasted a few days old such as the hard Triple chocolate flourless pastry.... -

My wife and I had lunch at Panera Bread on Robert C. Daniel Pkwy. We were welcomed upon entering, my eyes immediately focused on the display of assorted pastries.... we ordered the Fiji Chicken Salad with chips and Steak with White Cheese Panini, both are favorite dishes of ours at this establishment. The staff is always polite and friendly. I really enjoy their soups along with a fresh made steak panini, for my wife the Green Goddess Salad or the Fiji Chicken Salad is alway on the menu. If your out and about and want a really good meal for brunch, I recommend Panera Bread.

I love coming to this Panera bread because it's always clean, relaxing, the food is great, customer service is friendly, and is spacious (perfect for studying). Their food never fails to make me happy, my favorites including the Greek Salad, soup in a bread bowl, cranberry walnut bagel sliced and toasted, pecan roll....so many things! They are a little on the pricey side, but it's understandable as they use natural ingredients and bake their bread fresh daily.
This time I came on a Sunday morning to buy their breakfast soufflé. I originally wanted a spinach & artichoke soufflé but they sold out of that so I got a ham & swiss instead. I love how flavorful it was, and that it was packed full of ham. The quiche was a little salty for my liking but otherwise it was great. Next time I'll try their spinach & artichoke one :)
